Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Liliq Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing Empire Command AR ("the game") or using empirecommand.app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game or the site. The same terms are shown inside the game.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the game except as allowed by law. See also the EULA.

2. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, tamper with game data or memory, automate play, or interfere with other players or our servers. We use anti-cheat measures and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

3. Virtual items and purchases

The game offers virtual items (for example Diamonds, resources, boosts, and cosmetics). Virtual items are a limited license to use them inside the game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the game. All purchases are processed by Apple and are final except where a refund is required by law or Apple's policies (see the refund policy). We may change, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items over time. Prices are shown before purchase; purchases of 100 Diamonds or more ask you to confirm.

Empire Pass and Empire Pass Lite are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm, and each subscription renews every month at the price shown in the store unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store account settings. No Ads Forever is a one-time purchase that removes full-screen ads for your account; reward videos you choose to watch stay available. The game shows ads from Google AdMob; the privacy policy explains how they work.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the username, clan names, and other content you create. Do not submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, obscene, or that impersonates staff. We may screen, remove, or reset content and names that violate these terms. See thecommunity guidelines.

5. Online play

Online features (accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards, clans, multiplayer) depend on third-party services and may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. We are not liable for lost progress caused by connectivity or service outages, though we design saves to fail safely. AR play involves physical movement in real space; read and follow theAR safety guidance.

6. Termination

You may stop playing and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account & Data). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

7. Disclaimers

The game and the site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game or the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Apple

If you obtained the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued play after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be announced in the game.
