End user license agreement

1. License grant
Liliq Holdings LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Empire Command AR on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, lease, or redistribute the game;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where law expressly permits;
- create or distribute cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized modifications;
- use the game to violate law or third-party rights.
3. Ownership
The game — including its code, art, audio, and design — is owned by Liliq Holdings LLCor its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. This license gives you the right to play, not ownership of the game or any virtual item within it.
4. Virtual items
Diamonds, resources, boosts, cosmetics, and other virtual items are licensed content with no real-world monetary value, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable outside the game.
5. Subscriptions and one-time purchases
- Empire Pass and Empire Pass Lite are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. Each subscription renews every month at the price shown in the store unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
- No Ads Forever is a one-time purchase that removes full-screen ads for your account. Reward videos you choose to watch stay available.
- What each purchase includes is shown on its store screen before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple (see the refund policy).
6. Updates and termination
The game may update automatically. This license ends if you breach it materially; you can end it any time by uninstalling and, if desired, deleting your data in the game (Settings → Delete Account & Data).
7. Apple's terms
This agreement is between you and Liliq Holdings LLC, not Apple. Apple's standardLicensed Application End User License Agreementalso applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement with the right to enforce it. Apple's App Store terms take precedence on store matters such as billing.
